The Reading Lap - YouTube Channel
Original content - this is my own labor of love. It is meant to be 'low-budget'. I record myself reading the books as if the kiddo is actually sitting on my lap! I edit them and upload them. Each video takes me about 20 minutes to record, edit, and upload.
Video content was shot by a worker onsite. After review of material available and interviewing the structural engineer, I developed the script, recorded the narration, and edited the video together. This video was requested by a prospective buyer and was produced in less than 2 days.
Reviewed renderings created by another team, created a script, then recorded & edited the available content together to produce an informative video for Brokers & potential buyers. This was requested by the broker and produced in 1 day, once the renderings were provided.
Edited together in 3 hours using my own photos and some from a professional photographer. Short-time frame to turn-around because of planned brokers open.
I came up with the idea for this video, scripted it, and developed the shot list, reviewed the raw video, and selected representative shots. The final video was shot and edited by Sean Sweetman.
I scripted these shoots, including concept, scripts, storyboard, location scouting, and shot list. You may have noticed I was also the talent (along with my co-worker, Mike!) I also directed much of the shooting. I worked for Mitel at the time as a Manager of Sales Engineer, so my experience demonstrating our products to real customers, and my in-depth product knowledge allowed me to produce this work-product. The actual video & editing was done by a production company.
